Cafe Saturdays is Australia's first boutique café dedicated to banana bread and specialty coffee. We've re-engineered a café classic into a low-calorie, macro-friendly product loved by locals, athletes, and food lovers.

We run on strong systems, a supportive team culture, and a calm but efficient service style — no late nights, no chaos, just good coffee and consistency.

The Role

We're seeking a reliable Front of House team member to take ownership of our Thursday shift:

  • Thursday — 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM

This is a permanent weekly shift where you'll be the face of the café during the morning rush, keeping service smooth and customers happy.

What You'll Do
  • Open and run the floor from 6:30 AM
  • Serve customers warmly and efficiently
  • Prepare coffee (basic barista skills preferred; training provided)
  • Follow SOPs for cabinet prep and service
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming café space
What We're Looking For
  • Reliable, confident, and efficient under pressure
  • Hospitality/café/QSR experience preferred — quick learners welcome
  • Comfortable with early starts and a steady pace through lunch
  • Positive communicator who enjoys customer interaction
  • Independent operator who takes ownership of their shift
  • Must have valid Australian work rights
