We're Searching for a Visionary Centre Director

Are you ready to bring your leadership, heart, and expertise to a role where your voice matters and your impact lasts a lifetime? This is your chance to take the reins of our newest centre and help bring our Kiddiwinks values to life in a vibrant, supportive space built for excellence.

As Our Centre Director, You Will:

  • Inspire, mentor, and lead a team of dedicated educators
  • Champion daily operations with confidence and care
  • Build meaningful relationships with families and the community
  • Oversee enrolments, family connections, and team culture
  • Maintain compliance and uphold the highest quality standards
  • Use OWNA to manage bookings, CCS, and reporting
  • Collaborate with our hands-on, experienced Management Team

Who You Are:

A warm, driven, and highly organised leader who wants to make a real difference. You bring strength, positivity, and heart to everything you do — and you're ready to shape the future of early learning in Marsden Park.

Your Essentials:

  • Diploma or ECT Qualification
  • At least 12 months experience as a Centre Director
  • Deep knowledge of EYLF and child development (0–6 years)
  • Experience with online and paper-based programming
  • WWCC, First Aid, and Child Protection certification
  • Confidence in compliance, team leadership, and family engagement

  • A collaborative spirit and outstanding communication skills
