We are a well-established company in the Beauty Industry, considered to be market leaders in the industry with over 40 locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Due to substantial growth within our head office located in North Parramatta, we currently have exciting full time opportunities to work within our Call Centre Sales team in a Full Time Capacity.

About Our Role

As a Call Centre Representative, your duties will include:

  • Working in our busy, high-volume call centre to address client inquiries via phone.
  • Managing client appointments, including booking and rescheduling.
  • Engaging with clients over the phone to understand their needs and provide relevant information.
  • Promoting our range of services and products.
  • Manage and resolve complex and escalated customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) to provide timely and effective resolutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and case outcomes.

What You Will Need To Succeed

  • Previous call centre or customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, as this will help you understand the foundation of the beauty industry.

  • A strong interest in the beauty industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach.
  • A professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Availability to work every second weekend (both Saturday 8:30-3:30 pm and Sunday 9-1 pm ) and a late night shift on Thursday (8:30 am - 7:00 pm) once a fortnight.
  • Flexibility and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Ability to commence immediately.
  • Please note that this role is based in the office at the North Parramatta Training Centre.
