This Christmas, we're on the hunt for high-energy legends to drive the fun on our Santa Photography Sets. If you are looking for a short-term job that's actually fun, Scene to Believe are the magic makers behind the scenes at almost every Santa photo set you see in shopping centres across Australia and New Zealand.

We're hiring Chief Elves (Team Leaders) & regular Elves in the Bundaberg Area, including at Hinkler Central.

As Chief Elf, you'll:

  • Lead a team and keep the good vibes flowing

  • Make sure every Santa visit is smooth, fun, and festive

  • Solve problems on the fly and keep things running like clockwork

  • Bring energy, empathy, and leadership to every shift

  • Be cool under pressure, great with people, and full of Christmas cheer

  • Be available from early Nov to Christmas Eve

  • Have (or be able to get) a Working with Children Check/Blue Card

Or as one of Santa's Elves, you'll:

  • Welcome families and keep the Christmas cheer flowing

  • Help capture magical photo moments with Santa

  • Keep things smooth, fun, and stress-free for kids and grown-ups

  • Package up photo prints and keepsakes with care

  • Bring good energy, great people skills, and festive spirit

  • Be available from early Nov to Christmas Eve

  • Have (or be able to get) a Working with Children Check/Blue Card
