About The Role
ECCO Armadale
is looking for a dedicated
Part-Time
Sales Associate
with a drive to succeed and provide a premium shopping experience for our consumers, selling shoes that practically sell themselves
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium fast paced environment, uphold the quality of our brand, and achieve sales of shoes and related products
- Align with the Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards
- Process customer orders, returns and maintain inventory according to standards
- General housekeeping and store tidiness
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills
- Have demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
- Have a commitment and professionalism to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador
- Be a team player and natural people-person who thrives on building relationships
- Demonstrate a growth mindset in an exciting fast-paced work environment
- Be someone who LOVES product knowledge and training with a willingness to learn
- Have flexibility with your availability, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
