**About the role**

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and flexible **Disability Support Workers** to join our growing team. The role involves supporting clients with daily living activities, personal care, community participation, and engaging in meaningful activities.

**Please note**:
We are especially looking for staff who are **willing to work short, split shifts**, often required to meet the individual needs of our clients. Example shift patterns may include **7:30 AM - 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM**.**You must have**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability/ Aged care
- NDIS Worker Screening
- Working With Children Check - W.A. (or willing to obtain)
- Proof of working rights - passport; birth certificate; visa
- Valid West Australian driver's license
- A reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- First Aid and CPR qualifications (or willing to obtain
- National Police Clearance
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Medication competency certificate
- Comfortable working with dogs

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mandurah, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
