The Role

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to exceptional quality standards. You'll lead and motivate site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and company policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all site activities from groundworks to completion.
  • Leading subcontractors, trades, and direct labour on-site.
  • Developing, monitoring, and maintaining project programs.
  • Ensuring WHS, quality, and environmental compliance at all times.
  • Liaising with project managers, consultants, and suppliers to keep projects on track.
  • Driving productivity, efficiency, and safety on-site.
  • Providing leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving throughout the build process.

About You

We're looking for a driven, hands-on Site Manager who thrives on responsibility and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.

You will have:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager (residential, multi-residential, or mixed-use projects preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, codes, and compliance.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with excellent organisational skills.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
