The Role

As a Site Foreman, you'll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, working closely with the builder, trades, and clients to deliver high-end residential builds in and around the Illawarra. You'll oversee all stages of construction while guiding and supporting a team in a fast paced but supportive environment.

Your responsibilities will include:


• Leading on site construction activities and managing trades


• Coordinating project timelines, subcontractors, and site logistics


• Ensuring quality standards and safety compliance are met


• Reading and executing plans with accuracy


• Working collaboratively with trades to keep projects running smoothly


• Weekly Site Logs and direct collaboration with directors


• Manage materials efficiently


• Utilise a wide range of carpentry tools and equipment to deliver high quality craftsmanship

Qualifications and Experience


• White Card


• Cert III in Carpentry


• Proven experience supervising residential building sites


• Ability to read plans


• Driver's License and tools


• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail


• Strong communication and leadership skills
