This senior leadership role is ideal for an experienced stylist who is ready to lead a team, drive growth, attract new clients, and elevate our standards of creativity, service, and performance.

About the Role

As our Style Leader, you will:

  • Lead day-to-day salon operations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Mentor, develop, and motivate a talented team of stylists.
  • Drive client growth, focusing on new and younger demographics.
  • Lift performance through coaching, goal setting, and accountability.
  • Support team diversification across colour, cutting, styling, retail, and new service offerings
  • Maintain high-quality service standards and a positive salon culture.
  • Assist with rostering, product management, and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver exceptional hair services as a senior stylist and set the standard for the team.

This is a hands-on leadership position blending management, creativity, and business growth.

Who We're Looking For

You will thrive in this role if you are:

  • A qualified senior stylist (Cert III or higher)
  • Experienced in leadership, coaching, or salon management, OR ready to step up confidently
  • Driven to grow the salon, new clients, younger demographics, and higher rebooking rates
  • Skilled in team motivation, communication, and performance management
  • Commercially minded, with an understanding of KPIs, targets, and salon profitability
  • Passionate about high-quality work, client care, and salon presentation
  • Energetic, organised, and committed to creating an exceptional team culture
