**About the Opportunity**
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who is wanting to take on more responsibility and further their career.
Our client partner, **Coty**, is a global leader within the **beauty industry** and their unrivalled portfolio includes some of the most coveted brands in the categories of **Colour Cosmetics and Skin & Body Care including, Covergirl, Max Factor, Rimmel, Sally Hansen **and many more.
Managing Coty’s monthly retail activations across its portfolio of brands within Australian pharmacy retailers, this role is responsible for leading the field operations calendar to drive business sales growth for Coty.
This is an amazing opportunity that will provide development and future career progression in national project management.
**About You**
- Previous experience in an Account, Program, Project or Client Service Manager role.
- A proven ability to make **commercial decisions** which result in positive outcomes for the Client and the business.
- Expert organisational and people skills, with the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- An **effective and engaging communication style** with **high attention to detail.**:
- Strong **leadership capability** with proven experience building team engagement and driving exceptional results for a client.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Results-driven **project management discipline** that ensures campaigns are delivered effectively.
- Create and sustain a positive **relationship with client stakeholders** through an in-depth understanding of their business needs.
- Taking complete **ownership and accountability** for delivering the client's annual retail plan.
- Proactively **seek opportunities** to provide innovation.
- Delivering **actionable reporting outcomes** to the client that deliver positive sales results aligned to the key program KPIs.
- Responsible for the **performance and development** of field team leaders and office staff.
- **Financial ownership** and management of all program expenses to maximise revenue.
