Administration Assistant

An opportunity has become available for a Administration Assistant to join our expanding team in our Yalata office.
Reporting to management, you will be working as part of a small administrative team. This is an office all-rounder position, and it is a great opportunity to learn and gain experience within the company and also provide a high level of administrative support to assist in the day-to-day running of our exceptionally busy and diverse administration and management team.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with day-to-day office tasks.
- Conducting general duties such as scanning, photocopying, filing, document preparation/archiving, restocking of kitchen office supplies. May be required to deliver/collect outgoing/incoming mail to/from the post office.
- Assist with all administrative duties
- Data Entry
Hours will be 7.30am - 4.00pm, Monday to Thursday and 7.30am - 3.30pm Friday. Possibly leading for full time work.
Key attributes required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer service oriented
- Extremely organized
- Current driver's license - full or probationary (mandatory)
- Adaptable and reliable
- High level computer skills in Microsoft Office applications – In particular Excel & Word.
