Vero
 — a new-age 
payments and POS ecosystem
 that brings everything under one platform. Think 
Square meets Paytm
, built for the Australian market and beyond.

Vero lets businesses 
accept payments directly via phone (NFC Tap-to-Pay)
, run a 
modern POS system
, handle 
in-person + online transactions
, and connect everything seamlessly — no third parties, no clunky integrations, just one clean system.

We're at day zero — product design is in motion, hardware partnerships are being explored, and we're now looking for the right 
technical co-founder
 to join the journey and bring it to life.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Building and scaling our 
    payments and POS platform
     from scratch
  • Leading all tech architecture, product builds, and integrations
  • Developing NFC payment infrastructure + merchant onboarding
  • Managing the tech roadmap, data security, and compliance
  • Working side-by-side with the founder on fundraising, product, and go-to-market

You might be a fit if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in 
    software engineering / fintech / SaaS
  • Understand 
    payment gateways, merchant acquiring, and POS systems
  • Are hands-on with 
    , React, TypeScript, AWS / Firebase

    building 0-1 products
