We have created a role for a Senior Environmental Consultant who is ready to play a key role in our Brisbane team — someone who is not only a confident technical leader in site contamination and environmental consulting, but also a relationship-builder who enjoys contributing to business growth.

About the Role:

Based in our South Brisbane office, right near the riverbank with on-site parking, and a short walk to the city, this role offers both a professional base and a vibrant lifestyle.

From business development and proposals, to project delivery and staff development – you will be a key player within our technical leadership team and play a hands-on role in the lifecycle of our projects.

In this role, you will:

• utilise your established connections in the Queensland market to develop and grow business
• foster and manage client relationships
• provide technical direction to junior and mid-level consultants
• manage concurrent projects, budgets, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple sectors
• write proposals that demonstrate your commercial acumen and your craft for solving problems
• interrogate data, formulate solutions and prepare advice in range of formats
• write excellent technical reports that demonstrate your strong understanding of the Queensland regulatory framework
• contribute to strategic planning and capability development within our Australian operations

About You:

You will feel like a perfect fit if you:

• have 10+ years' experience in environmental consulting, with solid technical credentials in site contamination, environmental management, or related disciplines
• hold relevant tertiary qualifications in environmental science or engineering
• are known for your technical excellence and clear, solutions-driven communication
• are experienced and proactive in building long lasting client relationships and converting new opportunities
• have demonstrated leadership skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork that delivers and shares success
• strive to continuously improve, want to make a difference, and will thrive in a dynamic, growing, values-led SME
• You have rights to work permanently in Australia
