About the Role

We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused
Country Manager (Australia)
to lead RealAML's growth across the legal and professional services sectors.

This is a rare opportunity to
build and scale RealAML's Australian presence
— backed by a proven global brand, strong inbound demand, and world-class technical support.

You'll be the
face of RealAML in Australia
— managing inbound leads, developing your own client network, attending trade shows, and working with integration partners to grow our presence across the country.

This is a remote role based in Australia, with occasional travel within Australia and to New Zealand
for team collaboration, client meetings, and industry events.

You'll have full backing from our
technical, customer support, and AML experts
, and report directly to our
Co-founder & Chief Product & Growth Officer
.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and convert
    inbound leads
    from RealAML's strong market reputation.

  • Proactively
    develop new business
    through your existing network of law firms.

  • Attend
    industry events, trade shows, and conferences
    (e.g. LawFest, ALPMA) to represent RealAML.

  • Collaborate with
    integration partners
    and practice management software providers to co-market and grow client adoption.

  • Oversee client onboarding and success in coordination with our global support and compliance teams.

  • Deliver
    CPD-style sessions, webinars, and workshops
    to educate the market.

  • Provide local market insights and feedback to shape RealAML's Australian strategy.

About You

  • You have an
    established network of law firms
    and understand the legal industry.

  • You're
    relationship-driven
    , professional, and confident presenting to clients and at events.

  • You're
    autonomous, commercially minded
    , and thrive in self-directed roles.

  • 5+ years of experience in
    business development or account management
    within the legal, financial, or technology sectors.

  • Familiarity with AML/CTF compliance or RegTech is a plus.
