Shorewater Marine is a Western Australian marine and civil construction company specialising in jetty maintenance, pile protection, and coastal infrastructure works. We deliver quality projects across WA and interstate, with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and practical problem solving.

We're expanding and currently seeking motivated people to join our growing team in the following roles:

Office All-Rounder – Wangara (Flexible Hours)

We're looking for an organised and proactive Office All-Rounder to support our day-to-day operations from our Wangara office. The role includes general administration, accounts assistance, and project support. Flexible hours are available to suit work–life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Office administration, filing, and document control
  • Accounts and finance support, including invoicing and timesheets
  • Assisting with procurement and supplier coordination
  • Maintaining project and safety documentation
  • Supporting managers and field staff as needed

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous administration experience (construction or trades preferred)
  • Experience with Xero or similar accounting software highly regarded
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and adaptable

General Marine Labourers – Perth & Regional Projects

We're seeking dependable and hardworking Marine Labourers to join our construction crew. The work is physical, hands-on, and involves a mix of local, regional, and interstate marine projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with construction and maintenance of jetties, wharves, and marine structures
  • Operate hand and power tools
  • Load, unload, and prepare materials and equipment
  • Follow direction and adhere to safety procedures

Skills & Experience:

  • White Card required
  • Experience in construction, marine, or labouring roles preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors and travel when required
  • Reliable, team-focused, and safety-conscious
  • Additional tickets (Working at Heights, Confined Space, Forklift, Dogman, etc.) desirable

Marine Construction Supervisors – Perth & Regional Projects

Experienced Marine Construction Supervisors are needed to oversee site teams and deliver marine infrastructure projects safely and efficiently across WA and occasionally interstate.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead site crews and coordinate daily operations
  • Manage schedules, materials, and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Liaise with engineers, clients, and management
  • Contribute to project reporting and planning

Skills & Experience:

  • Marine or civil construction supervision experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of piling, concrete, and jetty works
  • White Card and driver's licence essential
  • Crane, Rigging, or Coxswain tickets advantageous
