About Us

Mosman Marine is a growing vessel management, engineering, maintenance and detailing company based in Perth.

We work with luxury recreational vessels 40ft and over, along with a range of commercial clients.

Our team takes pride in delivering high-quality, reliable service — and in maintaining a respectful, safe and professional workplace.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, motivated individual to join our team as a Marine General Hand.

No formal experience required — just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for the marine industry.

An apprenticeship pathway is available for the right person.

$2,000 sign-on bonus paid after your probation period.

You'll be working alongside our experienced team assisting with:

  • Preparing and applying antifoul coatings
  • Completing Propspeed applications
  • Polishing and detailing vessel exteriors to the highest standard
  • Assisting with safety checks and routine maintenance
  • Supporting senior technicians on board
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

  • Reliable, practical and proactive team member
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to doing things properly
  • Driver's licence – essential
  • Ability to work safely and follow instruction
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Interest in marine trades
