About the role

Neon Cosmetics is seeking a skilled Line Setter to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Bayswater, Victoria. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the smooth operation of our cosmetics production line.

This position operates on day shift only.

What you'll be doing

  1. Ensure the cosmetics production line is properly set up and calibrated for efficient operations
  2. Monitor the production line and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity
  3. Liaise with the production team to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks
  4. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the production equipment
  5. Maintain detailed records of line settings, production data, and any corrective actions taken
  6. Provide training and support to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Line Setter or a similar role in a manufacturing environment
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of Line Setter experience is required for this position
  3. Strong mechanical aptitude and a good understanding of production equipment and systems
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues quickly
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with the production team and other stakeholders
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
  7. Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and best practices
  8. Australian work rights are required for this position
