What you'll do

  • Own and manage the product roadmap for our key brand's digital channels, including web, iOS, and Android platforms
  • Enhance Self-Service Terminal experiences and bridge digital and in-venue and retail customer journeys
  • Use customer insights and data analytics to inform product decisions and prioritisation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business goals
  • Ensure all digital product changes meet regulatory, responsible gambling, and compliance standards

What you'll bring

  • Experience working in Product Management, managing digital products across web, apps, or SSTs, with end-to-end lifecycle ownership
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, customer experience, and user-centred design
  • Hands-on experience with agile delivery teams and omni-channel retail solutions
  • Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills
