We are a renewable energy company delivering utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to support grid stability and Australia's transition to clean energy.

The Role

We are seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to support the delivery of our BESS projects. This role is responsible for managing technical documentation workflows, coordinating engineering reviews, and ensuring that technical queries are closed out efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the drawing and document review process, including version control, quality checks and organised distribution
  • Lead and manage the Technical Query (TQ) process, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Collaborate with EPC contractors, OEMs and internal engineering teams to clarify scope and resolve technical matters
  • Support design and interface reviews, particularly across PCS, transformers, HV/MV systems, protection and controls
  • Contribute to commissioning readiness planning and project delivery milestones
  • Maintain structured communication across engineering, procurement, construction and site teams

About you

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • Experience supporting delivery of BESS, Solar, Wind, Transmission, Substations or comparable electrical infrastructure projects
  • Strong ability to interpret and assess SLDs, schematics, wiring diagrams and protection philosophies
  • Highly organised with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Design experience (EPC, OEM or consultancy) is highly regarded
  • Comfortable working within a delivery-focused environment with evolving priorities
