About the Role:
As a Digital Support Specialist, you will be the bridge between our sales team, potential clients, and our internal operations. Your focus will be on coordinating key administrative tasks, ensuring seamless client communication, and providing vital support to our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage meetings for our sales representatives. These enquiries are warm leads provided to you.
- Office Administration: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Client Documentation: Prepare and send client agreements for review and signature.
- Accounts & Invoicing: Manage invoices, payments, and account records.
- Client Follow-Up: Follow up on potential client communications to maintain engagement and move opportunities forward.
- Training: We will provide training on the different tools we use.
About You:
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in digital tools (CRM, invoicing software, email platforms).
- A proactive mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
