About the Role:
Due to an internal promotion, NHP have an exciting opportunity for an experienced BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Representative to join our Sales team in Sydney.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will have full flexibility and ownership in increasing NHP's market share throughout New South Wales. With a predominate understanding of the electrical market & key stakeholders, you will tap into the wider supportive resources within the business to develop effective strategies and customer proposals.
MAJOR ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS
Technical training & support will be provided
Other responsibilities include:
- Building & maintaining solid relationships with new and existing key customer partners
- Understanding our customer's business needs and how NHP can help drive their success
- Develop and implement customer account strategies utilising available marketing programs
- Coordination of internal and external stakeholders to promote the NHP Value Proposition, highlighting products, solutions & service capabilities and how it relates to our customers
Ideally you will have / be:
- Previous experience calling on Tier 1 & Tier 2 Electrical Contractors. An Electrical Trade or industry experience is highly desirable
- An ability to 'listen to the customer' & translate their needs into business solutions
- Exceptional communicator with strong influencing & relationship building skills
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed
- Effective time management & organizational skills
