Contracts Administrator

Randstad is currently working with a high profile local government department. Due to growth and the continuous drive to deliver outcomes and large scale capital projects for the people of Sydney, they are seeking a Contracts Administrator for a 6 month basis.

This is a role where you will be able to achieve outcomes on projects that truly add value. You will work alongside experienced construction industry and government professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality customer service, including handling phone and email enquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Managing and resolving complaints with confidence and efficiency, ensuring accurate information is gathered and issues are addressed promptly.
  • Attending onsite meetings with building managers as needed to address specific issues or concerns.
  • Completing regular, process-driven tasks with precision and consistency within weekly workflows.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with contractors and internal teams to support effective service delivery.

The Successful Applicant Will Require

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong collaboration skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in phone-based interactions.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and a willingness to learn new systems (e.g., Pathways, GeoCortex, OneCRM).
  • A genuine interest in contract administration (advantageous but not required).
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
