As a
Warranty and Service Engineer
, you will bridge technical expertise and customer service, collaborating with electricians, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve warranty cases, provide advanced technical support, and drive continuous improvement across our products and processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with the Aftersales team to analyse warranty claims, approve replacements, manage returns for fault analysis, and oversee disposition of warranty products.
  • Conduct hands-on testing, coordinate repairs, and liaise with suppliers to implement corrective actions.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for troubleshooting and service issues, providing guidance via phone, email, or on-site.
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to enhance product reliability.
  • Communicate technical solutions clearly and professionally to customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years' experience in QA, testing, or manufacturing of electrical/electronic products.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or relevant technical field; trade qualifications considered.
  • Experience in product compliance, quality assurance, or warranty processes.
  • Knowledge of AS/NZS lighting/electrical standards and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
