Looking for a support worker/mentor for a 15 year old boy diagnosed with Autism, ADHD and GAD located in Balga. He goes to Dianella Secondary College ESC. He needs prompting for executive functioning but otherwise no behavioral issues at all and likes maths, solving puzzles, guitar, rock climbing, cinema etc.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience supporting individuals with autism and ADHD.

This will be a Mon-Friday 3-5pm job during School days and definitely more hours during school holidays.

You need to have a road worthy car, valid WA driver's license, WWCC, DVS NDIS Worker screening, National Police clearance, preferably own ABN and insurance (not a must) and at least 2 referrals from similar jobs ready.

All required clearances must be current and held before commencing work.
