About the Role

Roadside Safety Solutions is seeking a results-driven
Business Development Manager
to join the team to lead growth across the civil, council, property and infrastructure sectors.

You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving sales of our road safety and small civil works solutions

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage relationships with local councils, state road authorities, and facility management providers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across civil infrastructure and safety projects.
  • Present tailored proposals and solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Represent the business at industry events and client meetings.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within
    civil infrastructure
    ,
    construction
    , or
    government contracting
    .
  • Experience within the civil & infrastructure services segments
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes in local and state government.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of road safety products (e.g. line marking, signage, guardrails, bollards) is highly desirable.
  • Self-starter with a passion for building long-term partnerships and working with a highly motivated team
