What you'll be doing?
  • Client Portfolio Management: Own and nurture your client relationships, becoming their go-to advisor for financial clarity and practical guidance.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and BAS for SMEs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • ATO Liaison: Handle ATO matters and complex compliance issues, representing your clients' interests effectively.
  • Strategic Planning: Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning using cloud tools to support business growth.
  • Advisory Services: Provide valuable insights on operations, pricing, succession, and growth strategies to help businesses thrive.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to shaping internal processes as the firm scales, driving efficiency and best practices.
Who are they looking for?
  • Public Practice Experience: Minimum 5+ years working with SMEs and family businesses, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills across all entity structures (companies, trusts, partnerships, individuals) to provide comprehensive support.
  • Client Management: Proven ability to manage client relationships and liaise effectively with the ATO.
  • Corporate Structuring: Expertise in setting up and managing various business entities to optimize client operations.
  • Financial Forecasting: Capability to create budgets and cashflow forecasts that drive business decision-making.
