Your new role

As an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer you will provide quality development and sustainment services across a highly complex technical ICT system that utilises CRM and Intelledox technologies.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Contributing to the technical design of solutions using a breadth of knowledge and experience;
  • Working closely with the solutions architect and technical leads to deliver high quality solutions that meet the standards set by the delivery team;
  • Building tools to automate and streamline the build and delivery of solutions;
  • Being a valued member of a multi-disciplinary agile delivery team, and actively participating in daily and weekly agile ceremonies;
  • Undertake work that is complex or time sensitive and operate under limited direction, with the opportunity for autonomy and accountability.

What you'll need to succeed

Demonstrated Industry based knowledge and experience in the delivery of complex large-scale applications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technology stacks including:

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Developer with strong hands-on development expertise.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.
  • Experience in configuring, customizing, and extending Dynamics 365 CE using Power Automate, Plugins, and custom workflows.
  • Solid understanding of Azure services and cloud-based application development.
  • Familiarity with Dataverse (Common Data Service), Model-Driven Apps, and Canvas Apps.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and version control.
  • Demonstrated expertise in integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using Azure Stack technologies such as API Management (APIM), Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Queues.

Demonstrated Industry based knowledge and experience in:

  • Azure DevOps/GIT,
  • Integration CRM with APIs,
  • .NET Framework 4.5+ / .NET Core,
  • Using Visual Studio 2019 and later.
