About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP Project Manager
to lead and manage end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects. Based in Melbourne, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or ERP - Finance & Operations/Business Central) with at least
7 years of experience
in delivering successful enterprise-level technology projects.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or ERP projects.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and risks.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Engage with technical and functional consultants, developers, and third-party vendors.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, and risk logs.
  • Ensure data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing are completed effectively.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations across departments.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and coordinate support and training as required.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, quality assurance, and change management practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years of project management experience in delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or ERP (D365 F&O, Business Central, or earlier versions) implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, architecture, and modules.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise software projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Experience in working with both technical and business teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Experience working in sectors such as finance, manufacturing, or retail.
  • Experience managing offshore/onshore delivery models.
  • Change management or business transformation experience.
