Laneway Talent is recruiting on behalf of a large Government Department, seeking Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developers to join their team.

This is a 12-month contract at Senior / EL1 equivalent level, where you'll contribute to a major digital transformation project as they continue to invest in their technology landscape.

To be considered, you must be able to obtain a Baseline security clearance. These roles are open across all states in Australia and offer a hybrid work arrangement.

In This Role You Will

You will take ownership of the development and maintenance of the Regulator's Digital ID technology solution.

In this role, you'll drive technical excellence across the development process, ensuring the system meets high standards of functionality, performance, and security. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing changes to existing software components, maintaining system integrity, and optimising performance and availability all while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and team members to understand requirements and design, test, and evaluate solution changes.
  • Contribute to planning and prioritisation, ensuring technical standards and processes are followed.
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, applying strong problem-solving and programming skills.
  • Analyse issues, provide technical feedback, and recommend solutions.
  • Maintain knowledge bases, coding standards, quality controls, and best practices to support high-quality delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes and tooling, with a focus on deployment automation.
  • Monitor production performance, address bugs, apply patches, and ensure system stability and security.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth, reliable, and traceable software releases.
