Your opportunity

Drive change that matters. We're looking for a hands-on Quality Lead – Change Delivery Manager to lead the rollout of aged care reform across our Residential Care Homes. You'll help teams embrace new processes and technologies that improve care and compliance — and make a real difference in people's lives.

With integrity and resilience, you will:

  • Lead change planning and delivery across aged care reform projects.
  • Support staff through training, briefings, and transition to new ways of working.
  • Collaborate with leaders and project teams to embed change into business-as-usual.
  • Manage evidence and data to support compliance and quality outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement through insights and innovation.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years' experience in change management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in aged care, health or regulated environments.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and change management certification (e.g. PROSCI).
  • A passion for improving systems that support vulnerable communities.
