Lead the Charge at Truck Tyres Helpline as our Retail Manager

What You'll Do

Leadership & Team Management

Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and business objectives

Oversee staff training, development, and performance management

Maintain a professional and productive work environment

Store Operations

Supervise daily store operations, including inventory control and merchandising

Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation

Control expenses and manage the store's budget

Sales & Strategy

Monitor and analyze sales performance

Implement strategies to drive growth and achieve KPIs

Sell goods and services and advise customers on product usage

Compliance & Policies

Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety (OHS) regulations

Develop and implement purchasing, pricing, and marketing policies

Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions

Marketing & Promotion

Promote and advertise store products and services

Support campaigns and initiatives to increase foot traffic and customer engagement

General Duties

Perform general administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, filing, mail handling, Invoicing ) using XERO, Excel Spredsheets.

Adhere to company policies and procedures

Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Carry out other reasonable duties as directed by management

About You

A confident decision-maker with 2+ years of retail management experience.

Process-driven and results-focused—ready to identify opportunities and deliver impact.

Expert in customer engagement, adept at cultivating relationships and inspiring team motivation.

Adaptable and ready for a fast-paced environment, yet grounded in compliance and control.

You may need to travel and drive company vehicles from branch to branch on various times.
