Parts Interpreter

**The Company**

JTB’s customer base are the owners and operators of Japanese brand trucks and buses with our specialty being Hino Trucks, Buses and Marine products.

The company carries over 18,000 new, used, and reconditioned Japanese spare parts suitable for Hino, Isuzu, Fuso and UD trucks. The growth of the company since it commenced business has been achieved through a mix of best practice principles focusing on:

- Continuous customer contact with order updates
- Combined parts experience of over 250 years
- Use of only quality OEM truck parts
- Sourcing high quality products world-wide
- Providing the largest range of Japanese parts in Western Australia
- WA owned and operated
- Delivering to both Perth metro and regional areas (where available)

**The Position**

Your key responsibilities will include but is not limited to the following duties:

- Identifying automotive parts and components
- Consulting catalogues
- Invoice preparation
- Arranging dispatch
- Providing our customers with efficient and accurate interpreting of their parts and requirements
- Ordering parts from suppliers
- Cash sales daily
- Assisting warehouse and stock take duties where required
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment

**The Person**

The successful applicant will have the following:

- Willing to learn with enthusiasm
- Looking to grow with the business
- Be punctual, reliable, and able to work under pressure at times
- A desire to succeed and be part of a proactive team
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
- Automotive knowledge and interests desirable or a willing to learn
- Have a basic level of computer literacy
- Ability to lift, bend and carry parts

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
