GoPartyBus is Perth's #1 Party Bus company and the largest operator in WA, running 40+ party buses every weekend. We are seeking a Weekend On-Call Operations Supervisor to oversee our weekend operations on a rotating roster of 1–2 weekends per month.

This flexible role is ideal for someone seeking additional weekend income, a side opportunity alongside a weekday job, or a pathway into operations management within the transport industry.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Team, you will oversee and support all GoPartyBus weekend operations from Friday PM – Sunday PM during rostered weekends (approx. 25hrs per weekend).

You will act as the primary point of contact for drivers and customers throughout the weekend, ensuring smooth service delivery, quick response to any operational issues, and strong communication across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate weekend party bus operations

• Dispatch drivers and ensure on-time performance, safety & service standards

• Act as the primary support contact for drivers, assisting with breakdowns, delays, last-minute changes or issues

• Assist clients with pre-booked job enquiries and updates

• Work alongside a support assistant on Saturday evenings

• Prepare a post-weekend report outlining highlights, issues and follow-ups needed

• Conduct Sunday fleet checks and log any maintenance requirements

• Provide a handover summary to the Monday operations team

Optional: Additional paid driving shifts are available if desired, offering increased earning potential.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in transport, logistics, operations, driving or dispatch

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently, remain calm, and manage conflict when required

• High attention to detail and accurate incident reporting

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Previous bus or heavy-vehicle driving experience

• Passenger Transport Authorisation (or willingness to obtain)

• Basic mechanical and electrical understanding

• Computer literacy and admin skills
