Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Bond Cleaners or Maintenance Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various cleaning or maintenance tasks to ensure our properties are in top condition. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform bond cleans and general cleaning tasks

  • Manage gardening and landscaping duties

  • Execute small repairs and maintenance work

  • Assist with minor trade work as required

  • Removal & disposal of furniture/waste as required

  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a tidy work environment

Qualifications:

  • Experience in bond cleaning is required if applying for the Bond Cleaning position

  • Familiarity with tools

  • QLD driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (personal car is preferred, but not required)

  • First Aid certification and White Card are highly regarded

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
