About the role

We are seeking an experienced Landscape maintenance/cleaner to join our team at Unit Care (Aust) P/L' in Brisbane, QLD. This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining the gardens and landscaping at our client sites. Body Corporate cleaning is also required.

What you'll be doing

  • Carrying out general garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, weeding and leaf blowing
  • Ensuring garden beds, pathways and other outdoor areas are kept clean and tidy
  • Identifying and reporting any issues or maintenance needs
  • Adhering to all health and safety procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Light cleaning duties eg vacuuming, mopping and cleaning windows of Body Corporate areas of client buildings

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 years' experience in a similar gardening/landscaping maintenance role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to a high standard
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to operate basic gardening equipment and machinery
  • Good communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety
