Summary:

  • Full time landscape maintenance role for an experienced gardener that can work independently.
  • We have a very strong focus on having a high quality team. Our team work hard, take pride in their work, and do the job propertly rather than taking short cuts.

  • We focus on maintenance at large commercial sites, like shopping centres, prestigious hotels, hospitals and large body corporates. We do not do any: (i) residential garden maintenance; (ii) highway mowing or council parks; or (iii) small commercial sites (e.g. fuel stations; fast food restaurants etc)
  • $30-$35 per hour + profit share + other bonues
  • Brisbane based (various sites)
  • We look for people that are passionate about horticulture and that are keen for a career in the industry. We are not looking for individuals that are just looking for 'another job' for the next 6-12 months.

  • We have a highly experienced team that does high quality work. Our Brisbane team is a tight knit group (c. 10 people), and everyone is expected to carry their weight with high standards expected across the board.
  • We focus on only working at high quality properties and therefore need team members that do an outstanding job. To attract and retain high quality team members, we make sure we are generous with our pay and have a profit share scheme that all team members benefit from as we grow.
  • We supply everything, including high quality hand held tools (typically Stihl).

About this role…

  • Landscape maintenance for commercial clients (e.g. shopping centres; hotels; body corporates etc).
  • Full time position (38 hours per week).
  • Typical hours are 6am - 2pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Based at various sites around Brisbane.
  • Tasks include mowing, snipping, fertilising, hedging, weeding, spraying, pruning, mulching etc.
  • All equipment and uniforms supplied.
  • Well paid, including annual profit share.
