Store person – Join the Team at Volare Tiles & Flooring (North Geelong)

Volare Tiles & Flooring is a well-established and growing retail distribution company in the tile and flooring industry. With a Distribution Centre in North Geelong and showrooms in North Geelong and Richmond, we're proud of our strong reputation and dedicated team.

We're currently looking for a Store person to join our warehouse team. If you're reliable, physically fit, and enjoy hands-on work in a practical, down-to-earth environment, this could be the role for you.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Picking and packing customer orders
  • Dispatching stock and preparing deliveries
  • Unloading and counting incoming stock
  • Operating a forklift to move and organise stock (forklift licence required)
  • Performing general warehouse housekeeping
  • Occasionally delivering orders to clients (manual licence required)

What We're Looking For

  • A current forklift licence
  • A current manual driver's licence
  • A current medium rigid licence
  • Physically fit and capable of repetitive heavy lifting
  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills
  • Awareness of OH&S and commitment to safe work practices
  • Ability to read and understand instructions in English
  • Australian work authorisation required
  • Minimum 6 months warehouse/storeperson experience required

The Role

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday (38–46 hours/week)
  • Occasional Saturday work may be required
  • Immediate start available
