About the role

MotorOne Group is looking for an experienced and dedicated Store Person to join our team in our Bayswater, VIC location.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the efficient management and organisation of our warehouse, ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution and logistics processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Receiving, sorting and storing incoming stock items in the appropriate locations
  • Picking, packing and dispatching outgoing orders accurately and on time – heavy lifting involved including 20lt drums
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate inventory records
  • Assisting with the management of the warehouse layout and organisation
  • Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, safe and compliant with all relevant regulations
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the wider logistics and distribution team as needed

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar warehousing or store person role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Forklift licence is mandatory
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with freight management systems
