Our company is a large family-owned franchise of the Avis Budget group with 12 offices located throughout the outer suburbs of Melbourne and regional Victoria. Currently due to increased demand, we have a vacancy for a Customer Service Representative at our Warragul and surrounding branches on a casual basis.

So, what does a day look like when you work for us? Well, we have a saying that no two days are the same and its true. As a Customer Service representative, you will

  • Be front of house greeting customers and processing their rentals.
  • Answer the phones and take reservations,
  • Deliver vehicles to customers
  • Drive vehicles between local branches.
  • Clean vehicles ready for rent
  • You will have a lot of fun

All we need from you is a Can Do attitude and a commitment to the customer.  This role is casual and hours will vary, sometimes we may only need help for a 3 hour shift, some days we may need you all day, both during the week and weekends, we can work with your availability as well, however please note that the majority of days you will need to available for shifts starting at 7.30am. Sunday morning availability is a must as well.

We have multiple casual positions available with shifts across our Gippsland network, we have offices at Warragul, Traralgon and Sale.
