About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scaffolding Operations Manager to oversee our metro Perth scaffolding operations. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating multiple project teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

You'll work closely with clients, supervisors, and management to drive performance, maintain strong relationships, and continuously improve operational systems and processes. This role suits someone with a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of scaffolding operations across commercial, residential, and industrial projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily scaffolding operations across multiple metro projects
  • Manage and mentor site supervisors, leading safe and efficient team performance
  • Plan, schedule, and allocate resources to meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Review and approve scaffold designs, quotes, and operational documentation
  • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and toolbox meetings to uphold safety and quality standards
  • Monitor KPIs, productivity, and financial performance across projects
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational systems and team culture
