About the Role

You'll be responsible for supervising scaffold crews, coordinating with clients and site teams, and ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with proven experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily scaffolding activities across metro sites
  • Manage and mentor scaffold teams to ensure safe and productive performance
  • Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety audits
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow
  • Oversee scaffold design implementation and compliance with Australian Standards
  • Ensure all works meet company quality and safety expectations
  • Prepare site reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Prepare group time sheets for the payroll team
