Are you an administration professional with a great eye for detail who enjoys working with numbers?

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our organisation and help us make a difference in people's lives through employment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Administer and process outcome claim payments
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with employers
  • Complete accurate verification and compliance checks
  • Lodge claims within the system in line with guidelines and timeframes
  • Manage evidence requirements to support claims
  • Handle high-volume transactions while ensuring deadlines are met and strong employer relationships are maintained
  • Conduct outbound calls to employers as required obtain employment evidence

Ideally, you will bring:

  • Experience in employment services, particularly outcome claims
  • Understanding of outcome claim requirements (highly regarded)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated numeracy skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
