Adelaide, South Australia ASF Audits Full time $70,000 - $120,000 per year

We are embarking on a transformation program to transition our auditing business onto a new operating system and operating model over the next 6 months. Beyond this, the Change Manager will play a critical role over a 24-month horizon, supporting wider organisational changes driven by growth, acquisitions, AI implementations, and regulatory change. The focus is on opening clear communication channels, creating enthusiasm for the change, coaching leaders, and embedding change management into business-as-usual (BAU) processes to ensure long-term resilience and adoption.

About the Role

As the Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving and delivering meaningful change across the organisation. This position is responsible for overseeing the smooth implementation of new processes, systems, and ways of working, ensuring the business is well-positioned for the future. You will lead from the front, proactively engaging stakeholders and providing hands-on support to teams during periods of transformation. We are searching for a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills and a strong history of successfully managing change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
  • Conduct readiness and impact assessments.
  • Design mitigation plans to address adoption barriers.
  • Establish open communication channels.
  • Partner with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and coordinate training needs.
  • Track adoption and provide progress updates.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related discipline.
  • Formal training in change management (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter) preferred.
  • At least 5 years in change management roles.
  • Proven track record in leading technology and operating model transitions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven.
