We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and help them achieve their goals.
About the Role:
- Provide mortgage broking services to clients, including sourcing and recommending suitable loan options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with the business owner and administration team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing existing clients and new leads, providing expert advice on mortgage options.
- Collaborating with the administration team to manage client relationships and loan writing.
- Developing and implementing strategies to grow the business and improve performance.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Mortgage Broker providing residential loans.
- Cert IV in Mortgage Broking or a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking.
- Exceptional presentation skills, determination, and drive to exceed client expectations and business performance requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
