About the role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic and family orientated team as a loan processor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, is customer focused and is looking to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in preparing loan applications including collection and organisation of supporting documentation and fact-checking of information
  • Liaise with clients, brokers, lenders and third parties such as solicitors and builders to collect all necessary information and support a smooth processing experience
  • Collect, verify and manage client documents
  • Oversee applications through to approval and settlement, ensuring timely updates and resolution of issues.
  • Manage the construction process on behalf of clients
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements
  • Update and manage CRM to track progress and support operational efficiencies
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in mortgage broking support, loan processing, or finance administration is highly desirable but not required
  • Quick to learn and adapt
  • Detail orientated with strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service with a focus on building long term client relationships
  • Initiative and accountability; ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in CRM systems
