Our group HQ is based in Hamilton New Zealand where we have moved into an all-new purpose-built facility to allow for continued growth. In Australia we have sales offices and warehousing facilities in Melbourne and a new purpose-built facility in Brisbane with 3PL warehousing in Perth.

The Role

Internal Sales and Customer Service Specialist (Willawong, Brisbane)

We have over 90 staff across New Zealand and Australia and have a new position available in our growing Internal Sales team based in our Bribane Branch. This full-time permanent position involves servicing the requirements of our Territory Managers in the field, receiving and processing of customer orders, troubleshooting customer enquiries as well as other general customer service requirements. Our customer base includes motorcycle dealers and repair outlets nationwide. Sales are supported with our State Managers, Sales Team Manager, a printed catalogue, and our industry-leading website.

• Excellent phone manner and able to develop and maintain customer relationships.

• A professional outlook, with a high attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a truly growing team environment and understanding that teamwork and communication is essential.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.

• A can-do attitude.

• Great organisational skills and work ethic.

• The successful applicant will have a sound knowledge of motorcycles.

• A good level of computer experience and literacy.

• In-depth mechanical knowledge of motorcycles is beneficial.

• Flexibility to assist the team in other areas where required.

Primary tasks

• Processing of customer orders.

• Assist external territory managers with information.

• Receive and respond to incoming phone calls and emails, assist customers with product information and order requirements.

• Perform outbound calls to promote and sell our product offering.

• Work closely with the warehouse to ensure great customer service.

• Ensure a great customer experience.
