  • Drive continuous improvement and optimisation initiatives, leveraging Lean Six Sigma and data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with transport, linehaul, and network counterparts to deliver integrated operational and strategic outcomes.
  • Implement major change programs, including new site developments and automation projects.
  • Manage budgets effectively, identifying and delivering cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Build, develop, and engage a high-performing workforce with a strong safety and customer-first culture.

About you

You're an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience managing large, complex operational environments and delivering results through people, process optimisation, and transformational change. You thrive on leading high-performing teams, influencing at all levels, and creating a culture where safety, customer service, and continuous improvement are at the forefront. With your commercial acumen, deep industry knowledge, and ability to deliver large-scale change, you're ready to make a lasting impact across Victoria's processing network.

You will bring:

  • 10+ years' operational leadership experience in large-scale production or operations environments.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex transformational change programs.
  • Strong capability in leading engaged, customer-focused teams and driving cultural change.
  • High-level influencing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, including industrial relations experience.
  • Deep understanding of logistics best practice, HR, IR, OH&S, and compliance requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of parcel, mail, transport, and delivery operations, and how they integrate.
  • Commercial and financial acumen, with experience using data and reporting tools to drive performance.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience (qualification preferred) and familiarity with commercial and contractual practices.
