PRIMARY DETAILSalary Package: From $122,628 (HEW 8) per annum, plus 17% employer's superannuation and leave loadingAppointment Type: Full-time, continuing positionLocation: Macquarie University, Wallumattagal Campus, Dharug land, North RydeThe RoleMacquarie University is recruiting an Academic Success Partner to join the dynamic Academic Success team within the Office of the Pro-Vice Chancellor, Education. In consultation with other team members, you will co-lead the design and delivery of curricular and co-curricular programs and services that empower coursework students' academic success. This includes embedding academic, digital and professional literacies in units and courses with academic staff, and delivering concurrent support programs to students, especially those most at risk. You will have experience working directly with academic subject matter experts.You are committed to research-informed design and best practice in inclusive program delivery. Your expertise and experience allow you to lead academic, digital, and professional literacies programs to maximise student success. High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to think strategically and creatively, allow you to respond proactively to faculty-specific needs and priorities.
