Sales Associate – Real Estate (Sydney Southwest Region)

Farha Diba, leading agent at Raine & Horne Ingleburn, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join her dynamic team in the Sydney Southwest region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about real estate and eager to build a successful career within a supportive and high-performing environment.

No prior experience is required – we are looking for an eager and driven individual with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine hunger to learn and grow. Applicants must be over 18 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to the lead agent across all sales activities.
  • Conduct letterbox drops, generate new leads, and arrange private inspections.
  • Assist with pest & building inspections, bank valuations, and pre-settlement inspections.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a professional presentation at all times.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and self-motivated with great attention to detail.
  • Valid NSW driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team.
