About the Company

We're partnering exclusively with a fast-paced, high performing Australian FMCG Health, Wellness and Beauty Company to recruit a Customer Activation Executive.  Their portfolio of iconic brands includes skincare, haircare, vitamins and supplements and are distributed across Pharmacy, Grocery and e-commerce. This well-established business is poised for the next growth phase, and they are looking for individuals who are excited about working with premium brands in an innovative, team based, and results orientated company culture. 

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting directly to the Customer Excellence Manager, you will both work in partnership to support the planning and rollout of the Customer Excellence Strategy.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to)

  • Own and manage an up-to-date activation calendar
  • Lead customer activation brief development, across internal stakeholders (Marketing, Shopper Insights and Sales)
  • Maintain and utilise the Trade Promotional Management system to build out future activations plans with accuracy and alignment
  • Coordinate Cycle meeting planning agenda, presentations, venue management and event support
  • Organise product samples
  • Actively manage POS Playbooks and lead times, costs and quotes with vendors to deliver solutions for Field teams
  • Lead end to end development of shopper journey through trade marketing solutions, leveraging key brand ID toolkits and visuals
  • Track program performance and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Raising purchase and invoices as required

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • Min of 5 years' experience within a Blue Chip FMCG or Pharmaceutical company in a similar role or currently in a junior role wanting a step up
  • Experience within Health & Wellbeing, OTC Pharmacy or Alcohol industry is ideal
  • Demonstrated experience in Trade Marketing Briefing and KPI evaluation
  • Expert in POS production including printing
  • Strong Presentation skills
  • Outstanding written and spoken communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport across all departments
  • Experience writing customer sell-in documents
  • Event Coordination
  • AI Literacy
  • Advanced Excel
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Confidence, commercial acumen and able to manage ambiguity
  • Positive attitude & energy with a "can do" attitude
